Personnel Policy: Always Improving

Mirasoft Group’s personnel policy is directed to constantly improve working conditions and motivations of our employees. One of the numerous steps for it was undertaken by the company’s financial department, who initiated the annual 3% inflationary raise to the salary. The salaries are planned to be raised in the beginning of each year.
