Step 2. Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Step 3. Mirasoft analyses your requirements and prepares Offer where the main scope of the project is described and the price of service is proposed. Additional conditions or constraints may be also included in this document.

Step 4. We conduct negotiations about the details of the project and sign the Contract which includes as a rule the following types of clauses: scope of services, business model, estimates, rates and payment, confidentiality, terms and termination conditions, security, etc.

Step 5. Mirasoft organizes project team and assigns project leader.

Step 6. Start-up project.
