Victor Loskutov, President of Mirasoft Group Founder and General Manager of Mirasoft-PRO Ltd Victor Loskutov is the president of Mirasoft Group since 2000, he guides the company’s strategic vision and corporate direction. Mr. Loskutov was one of the founders of Mirasoft-PRO Ltd. (former Miratech-PRO Ltd.) – Ukrainian pioneering IT-company, and its General Manager since 1989. During 1995-2000 he was holding CEO position in Ukrainian representative office of Swiss company Miratech AG. When in 2000 Miratech-PRO Ltd. became a part of Mirasoft Group, Mr. Loskutov was assumed as Mirasoft Group President.

Mr. Loskutov is an author of the idea to create own product Virtuoso - an ERP solution, which was implemented at many Ukrainian and European enterprises. Under his leadership, Mirasoft-PRO has attained recognition as one of the top Ukrainian providers of complete solutions for business administration.

Mr. Loskutov has over 30 years of experience in the field of information technologies. Before founding the own company he worked as a Head of scientific laboratory at the Institute of Software systems, a leading Research Institute of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences.

Victor Loskutov graduated Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1974. He has a PhD Degree in 1979, and he is an author of more than 30 scientific publications.

Alexandre Nossov, CEO of Mirasoft Ltd Alexandre Nossov is the CEO of Mirasoft Ltd from the first year of its founding. During his tenure, the strategies developed and executed allowed Mirasoft Ltd to win major customer accounts, implement multiple successful projects, build strategic relationships, and position the company for growth. Prior to founding Mirasoft, Mr. Nossov served as Software Director and site manager of Miratech AG, led Research & Development. His software engineering and scientific experience include building the architecture of RAD platforms for ERP and CRM, Enterprise Applications Integration, operational research, stochastic and non-liner optimization.

 He holds B.Sc. and M. Sc. of Moscow Institute of Physics and Techniques (MFTI).

Yuri Kovalenko, CEO of Mirasoft-PRO Ltd Yuri Kovalenko joined Mirasoft-PRO Ltd. in 1996 and has been a member of Mirasoft Group management team since 2003. His previous positions here were Project Leader of ERP software project Virtuoso and then CTO in outsourcing projects department. His responsibilities as CEO include strategic business planning, control and reporting, QA activities and risk management. Mr. Kovalenko has spent more than 15 years in the field of software engineering. At the beginning of his career, he worked as an IT architect at the State Planning Committee of Ukraine, where he developed software for storage, calculating and reporting macroeconomic figures of the government general plans and budget.

Yuri Kovalenko has degree in electronic technical engineering from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute (KPI).
