| 05.12.2005 Mirasoft Group at the II Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum-2005The II Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum-2005, which took place in Kyiv on November 29-30, is beyond doubt one of the most large-scale events of the year at the Ukrainian outsourcing services market. Forum’s geography has considerable extended since it was hold for the first time: this year apart from Ukrainian companies the event was visited by representatives from USA, Germany, Great Britain, Byelorussia and other countries.
The conference’s agenda consisted of several sections, dedicated to peculiarities of outsourcing services promotion, infrastructure and development of outsourcing business in Ukraine.
Victor Loskutov, President of Mirasoft Group, accepted the organizers’ invitation and made the first plenary report at the conference. He spoke about achievements and difficulties, the company faced within 16 years, touched upon the problems, connected with the situation at the Higher School and labor forces, took up different ways of Ukrainian outsourcing market development. One should note an interesting speech, delivered by Mr. Stig-Arne Kristoffersen, Managing Director of Anergy Ltd., who offered the ideas for efficient targeting of the potential client in outsourcing services. Forum’s special guest Mr. Gehard K. Wagner, Secretary General of Austrian Federation of the Information Industry, told about aspects of Ukrainian-Austrian cooperation in software development field.
In the round-table discussion Forum’s participants talked over the market development perspectives, the ways and tools of daily problems solution, government’s role and tasks for favorable branch development. Besides, during match-making event organizers gave a perfect opportunity to meet potential clients and partners from Western Europe and USA.
